Association Odyssée coordinates the European project “Youth Employment Toolbox” in partnership with a youth center in Latvia, a youth organization in Italy and a foundation on women entrepreneurship in Hungary. This project is co-funded by the Erasmus + Youth Programme of the European Commission.
YET project is an exchange of practices between European professionals of the youth and non-formal/informal learning sector. The goal is to enable them to discover methods, tools and practices supporting young people, directly or indirectly, in their employability. The project seeks to strengthen the capacity of youth workers to develop soft skills of young people that have a positive impact on their employability and to create a network of European actors with quality partner relationships.
Lasting 18 months, the project consists in 4 European mobilities (Bordeaux, France; Camposano, Italy; Budapest, Hungary; Naukseni, Latvia). In each mobility, 2 participants per partner organisations leave for three days to discover the national and local context of employment, meet 4 local structures to discover other practices and promote new European partnership relationships.
