In April…<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Association Odyss\u00e9e has welcomed a group of young people from Germany and accompanied them to discover Bordeaux!<\/p>\n As part of the mobility project for youth actors \u201cYouth Employement Toolbox<\/a><\/span>\u201d, Andr\u00e9a and Marilou went to Naples in Italy, to discover the context of employment in particular about young people, and to meet local associations and initiatives enabling young people to develop their soft skills. A’Mbasicata<\/a>, Gesco<\/a>, Il Poggio<\/a> and Dedalus<\/a><\/span> have opened their doors ! This stay has also allowed several meetings with organisations that are interested in our thematic language stays.<\/p>\n On the 27th of April, an activity was held called \u201cKetchup & Mayo\u201d with young people from different countries around Europe, accompanied by Cap Ulysse and young people from Bordeaux in training with Pr\u00e9pas Sports. Divided into small groups, they participated in our intercultural activity on the topic of a photo contest. Each team took corresponding pictures related to different topics: team spirit, the fight against prejudices, intercultural communication, citizenship and the discovery of other cultures. All subjects proposed could be photographed at several places in Bordeaux, such as: place Saint-Michel,\u00a0 Capucins market, Parc des Sports Saint-Michel, place de la Victoire and trainstation Saint-Jean. To select the best picture and reward the winning group, we have started our voting on Facebook!<\/p>\n Fran\u00e7oise, Vukota and Marilou have presented the project Bordeaux Citoyenne du Monde, which consists in a tour in Bordeaux that will highlight the interculturality in the city with a photo exhibition and intercultural games, to the jury #Jerel\u00e8veled\u00e9fi… Work in progress!<\/p>\n In partnership with Leeds Trinity University<\/span><\/strong> in England and with Kuryboslab<\/strong><\/span> in Lithuania, we have proposed an Escape Game project about intercultural learning and the fight against prejudices in the framework for the Erasmus+ programme! “Escape your Stereotypes<\/span><\/strong>” will be the opportunity for young people and their tutors to think about intercultural issues in a playful and interactive way. Jael and Vukota are preparing an Escape Game activity about languages and intercultural exchanges.<\/p>\n We participated at several training sessions from Aquitaine Active in the context of the launch of the Bord’Odyss\u00e9e language and thematic stays<\/span><\/strong>.
